Karina L. Lewis is a passionate and experienced advocate for the horse. A pioneer in the field of whole horse health, Karina's focus is the art of healing horses. Karina's success has led her on an International journey. She is an accomplished author, farrier and equine dentist with 33 years experience. Having a lifetime with horses, she is also skilled in the art of training horses and holds certifications in multiple healing modalities with horses. 

Dr. Patterson graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science/Nutrition in 1982 and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and Highest Honors in Equine Medicine from Purdue University in 1987. His primary practice is equine medicine with emphasis on reproduction and Performance Equine Lameness and Rehabilitation and non-surgical alternatives. Dr. Patterson has studied Eastern Medicine and many Alternative Modalities and is currently holds over twenty advanced certifications including Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Herbal Medicine, Applied Kinesiology, PEMF, Laser Therapy, neuro-puncture, Bio-Dynamic Resonance, Quantum Healing Pathics, Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), and Quantum Neurology. He has served on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and was President of the House of Delegates of IVAS (International Veterinary Acupuncture Society). He has also served on the Board of Directors of the AAVA (American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture), and on their CE Committee as well as other Committees. He has been a Teaching Assistant in the IVAS Basic Acupuncture course and has lectured at their Congress.

Seth M. Lapinski is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is currently the lead planning manager for the Avmax Group in Great Falls, Montana. Seth has achieved multiple tier advances in both his personal and business life. His hobbies include travel, aviation, real estate investments, business planning and of course, animals. Seth brings a multi-cultural point of view in addressing whole horse health influenced by his adventures abroad.  Seth is graduate of Southern New Hampshire University. He is currently pursuing his advanced Master's degree in business. 

Horses are multi-faceted and the team at Horsemedix routinely work with professionals from across the globe to both learn from, teach and advance the practice of healing horses.
